Refunds for our masterclass are only deemed ethical and valid if the student has attempted our recipe and is unable to achieve the intended results. To initiate the refund process, the student must:
- Submit a valid video demonstrating their attempts and showcasing the failure of the recipe.
- Ensure that the recipe is attempted multiple times, with proof of all attempts provided.
Upon receipt of the submission, our team will thoroughly review the provided evidence. If the claim is verified, a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment source.
Please note that a 10% gateway fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
